Andrew Baker was born and raised in Knoxville, Tennessee, and graduated from the University of Tennessee with a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration. Andrew served as the Assistant Recreation Minister for 6 years at a church in Knoxville organizing and facilitating adult and youth basketball, soccer, and tennis leagues and camps. He also served with the church's youth ministry. In 2011, Andrew married the former Emily Williams of Fernandina Beach. Emily graduated from Fernandina Beach High School in 2007 and moved to Knoxville to attend the University of Tennessee, graduating with a degree in Retail Management. She has owned her own embroidery business since 2014. Andrew and Emily are parents to two boys, Hudson & Graham.
Andrew joined the NE Florida FCA staff in April 2012 and is passionate about serving Northeast Florida's coaches and athletes. He has a heart for reaching people for Christ through the world of sports. Andrew serves as Area Director in Baker & Nassau Counties.
