Coaches TimeOut is FCA's coaches marriage ministry designed to help coaches and spouses win where it matters most – at home.

  • What is Coaches Time Out?

    Coaches Time Out (CTO) is a weekend-getaway designed for a coach and their spouse to reconnect, relax and refresh. CTO is also designed to encourage and equip coaches and their spouses in their faith, family, and finances.


    Timeouts are critical for victory. Just like in competition, your marriage needs time set aside to catch your breath, evaluate where you're at and refocus on the game plan.

  • What is the CTO Schedule?

    CTO runs from June 7-9, 2024 at the Sawgrass Marriott Resort & Spa.


    FRIDAY

    • 4:00 PM  Hotel check-in
    • 5:15 PM   Banquet room doors open, conference check-in
    • 5:45 PM  Dinner served
    • 6:10 PM  Friday evening session begins

    SATURDAY

    • 7:30 AM Doors open
    • 7:45 AM Saturday sessions begin
    • 8:50 AM Breakfast served & Huddle 2
    • 9:50 AM Break
    • 10:05 AM Breakout sessions begin
    • 12:55 PM Free time remainder of the day

    SUNDAY

    • 7:30 AM   Breakfast buffet opens
    • 7:50 AM Huddle 3
    • 8:30 AM  Sunday sessions begin
    • 10:30 AM  Benediction
    • 11:00 AM Hotel check-out

  • What should I pack?

    • Attire for the weekend is business casual / casual.
    • Meeting rooms can be chilly - we recommend that you bring a jacket.
    • There are wonderful golf courses throughout the area. Feel free to pack your clubs. Options and price details to follow.

  • When should I arrive?

    You will have access to check into your room at 4:00PM on Friday, June 7th and CTO check-in begins at 4:30PM. You are welcome to arrive earlier to access the amenities (i.e. - pool, gym, restaurants, etc.) and will have access to keep your bags with bellhop while your room is being prepared.

  • What meals are provided?

    • Dinner Friday night
    • Breakfast Saturday
    • Breakfast Sunday

  • Can I golf at TPC Sawgrass?

    Golf is available on Saturday afternoon, June 8th at TPC Sawgrass. The Stadium Course (where THE PLAYERS is played) is closed most of June for  maintenance. Dye’s Valley Course is open and available at the rate of $225 per golfer plus tax. Tee times can be made directly through the Marriott's Golf Shop at: 904-273-8146; or an e-mail can be sent to Sawgrassgolfshop@marriott.com with your tee time request. Make sure to indicate that you are attending FCA's Coaches Time Out weekend June 7-9, 2024.

  • Can I bring my kids?

    This weekend is designed specifically to serve coaches and their spouses, so, unfortunately, this is a kid-free weekend.
