Northeast Florida Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA) would like to invite you to attend 2012 Moe’s FCA Gator Bowl Breakfast on Saturday, December 29th from 8:00 am - 9:30 am (Breakfast lines open at 7:30 am) at Celebration Church of Jacksonville - Midtown Campus during the week of the Gator Bowl.

This year’s breakfast promises to be another inspiring morning as we will hear from our special guest speaker, Michael Dean Chadwick, and testimonies by coaches and athletes from Mississippi State University (SEC) and Northwestern University (Big Ten). 

Michael Dean Chadwick is the father-in-law and mentor of Major League Baseball player Josh Hamilton.  For nearly a decade Chadwick, who battled drug addiction early in his life, has mentored Hamilton from substance-abuse addictions through his incredible rise to prominence in the game of baseball.  Having been heard by millions of people through a radio broadcast with Focus on the Family, Michael’s Dean Chadwick’s personal testimony of his life experiences and personal struggles will impact you for life, encourage your heart and give you perspective on what truly matters.

1) Become a Table Sponsor and allow local athletes and coaches to attend the breakfast.

• Gold $1,000 – Your sponsorship gift of $1,000 will allow 24 area high school/middle school athletes and coaches to attend the breakfast. In addition you will receive 1 table (8 tickets) to join us at the event.
• Silver $500 – Your sponsorship gift of $500 will allow 8 area high school/middle school athletes and coaches to attend the breakfast. In addition you will receive 1 table (8 tickets) to join us at the event.
• Bronze $350 – Your sponsorship gift of $350 will allow 8 area high school/middle school athletes and coaches to attend the breakfast. In addition you will receive 2 tickets to join us at the event.

2) Purchase individual tickets  for $25 per ticket.
